Ever since the first weekend after our arrival, when we happily stumbled upon the cereal bar on the way back from the movies, the kids have excitedly been eyeing a visit to Cereal Killer Cafe, the repository of dozens of different sugar-bomb cereals, combined into sweet confections sure to send any kids bouncing off of all four walls.
The menu offers selections of their own combinations, including 'Double Rainbow' and 'Unicorn Poop' with chocolate, strawberry, or banana milk.
Clementine opted for the Unicorn Poop, while Sam was drawn to the Double Rainbow. Peter decided to forge his own path and create his own.
The cafe was decorated with vintage cereal boxes, including A-Team, Mr. T, E.T., and Starwberry Shortcake cereals, and beds you could sit instead of chairs.
The kids are already planning their return. But the cereal bar happens to also be next to a milkshake bar boasting 180 different flavors of milkshake, so I may be more apt to check that place out next.
